TAIGA PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY

Because Taiga Products values the opportunity to service your pharmaceutical needs, our goal is to ensure that EVERY transaction exceeds your expectations. However, if we have failed to do so, we will take it back provided that it meets following conditions:

  • The product has been stored in compliance with the product label and the Food and Drug Administrative (FDA) standards.
  • The product is still in date (meaning no less than 6 months until its expiration date) and is unopened.
  • The product is NOT refrigerated or purchased as NON-RETURNABLE.
  • The product does NOT have any pricing stickers on them, if they do, we CANNOT return the product for any kind of credit.

Return Authorization Process (RA): To get started, simply call us.

You will then be sent a RETURN/CREDIT/DEBIT REQUEST FORM to read, complete and sign.

Please have following information available to process your return for proper credit:

  • Invoice Number
  • Lot Number
  • Expiration Date

Once the Return Authorization process is complete, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to mark on the outside of the box along with a Return Authorization Form to accompany the returned merchandise and a shipping label.

Once we receive the returned product and BEFORE credit is issued:

  • We verify the transaction history of the product.
  • A credit will be issued in the form of a credit memo within 5 business days of receipt.
  • This credit will be applied to your account and reflected on the specific invoice for the merchandise. Therefore, Please DO NOT deduct the amount from any payment.

Order Errors – We strive to get it right the first time, but in case we did not, please report any shortage or damages within 48 hours of receipt. A picture of the damaged product must be submitted for processing.

Return Product:

  • No product may be returned without proper authorization from Taiga Products.
  • Full Credit will be given to any merchandise shipped to you damaged or in error
  • Returns within 30 DAYS will result in a 15% restocking charge.
  • Returns over 45 DAYS will result in a 25% restocking charge.
  • NO RETURNS OVER 60 DAYS

Disclaimer: Taiga Products reserves the right to amend this policy which supersedes all previous policies and is hereby automatically incorporated into any prior customer supply agreements or written contracts to the extent the contract authorizes change without customer consent.
